Compliance
Nicotine-containing devices are regulated under TRPR. Every product is notified to the MHRA, with the mandatory six-month waiting period before sale, and must meet the same nicotine strength, tank capacity, packaging and labelling requirements as any other nicotine product.

Common questions
Can you make disposables under my brand?
Yes. We handle the device, the e-liquid formulation, branding and packaging, and the regulatory notification. You supply the brand and the flavour direction.
How long before I can sell?
The six-month MHRA waiting period after notification dominates the timeline. Allow seven to nine months from first conversation to legal sale for a new product.
